“HELLENIC DAIRIES SAVES WATER
Greek leader in dairy products (under the Olympus brand), the company has used InUse and ICE WATER MANAGEMENT to optimize the cleaning of its machines thanks to connected objects and artificial intelligence.
The “cleaning in place” cycles realized twenty times a day have been connected and the presence of sensors allows a 20% water saving.
A leak detector system has also been installed in the Romanian factory, which produces 600 tons of milk, allowing a 450 000 euros savings.
Four others production plants will shortly be equipped.”
