ICE was selected to participate, along with ten other innovative French companies, in a Pitch & Partner mission in the United States. The theme was the circular economy; an opportunity to present our responsible water management solutions and to prospect this dynamic market.
A Pitch & partner mission in the United States in two phases:
The first phase of the mission was dedicated to preparing the pitch session. Prior to the trip, the eleven selected companies received coaching to help them properly grasp the American business culture and better understand the market opportunities.
The second phase consisted in a trip to the United States from May 9 to 13 to initiate business relationships. This four-day trip began in Atlanta and continued in Las Vegas. For Olivier Pascaud, Key Account Manager at ICE, this was an opportunity to meet a big brand of the North American food industry, and to present our solutions to optimize water treatment processes and reduce waste (water reuse, recycling). Personalized meetings also allowed our manager to meet other food manufacturers as well as other local companies, all looking for solutions to reduce the water footprint of their plants. ICE perfectly meets the bottler’s objectives: responsible water management, reduction of energy consumption and operating costs, preservation of water resources and a sustainable development approach

Water management in U.S. industry, a key competitive factor:
The food & beverage industry is the 3rd largest spender for measures to reduce water consumption and chemical usage. 2/3 of the companies in the sector plan to take further action and allocate the corresponding budgets for this purpose.
In the United States, more and more companies are communicating on reducing their impact by indicating specific KPIs.
