Water treatment solution in medical nutrition area
A few months ago, we successfully completed this project in Europe for a client who is one of the market leaders in medical nutrition.
As part of its strategy to strengthen its industrial presence in Europe, our client decided to open a new production line.
ICE Water Management was naturally chosen to provide a water treatment solution with a capacity of 10 m³/h. The project included the design, supply, installation, commissioning and start-up of a reverse osmosis unit, its associated CIP, a permeate tank, and all related services.
The installation of transparent polycarbonate protective guards and doors was an important part of the project, enabling:
- protect operators from splashes,
- prevent the risk of burns during hot CIPs,
- restrict access to certain sensitive machine settings,
while maintaining perfect visibility of the installations.
